Free shipping will only be offered during specific promotional campaigns or special offers, as explicitly stated. 

Please review our shipping guidelines below: 

• To ensure successful delivery, a complete postal address, including the correct pin code, email address, and contact number, is required. Please verify your pin code and contact number before finalizing your order. 

• If your ordered items are currently in stock, they will be packaged and shipped from the Shree Yamuna Gir Gay Farm warehouse within three business days.
• Order will be delivered within 10 business days and replacement order will also be delivered within 10 business days after verification.

• In the event that some ordered items are out of stock, we will begin production and dispatch them within 10 business days of your order placement. We will keep you updated on the status of your order in such cases. 

• Our delivery partners operate between Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note that public holidays and Sundays are excluded. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen travel delays caused by weather conditions or strikes. 

• You will receive an email with your order tracking details once your package has been shipped. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
