• Include your order number, an image of the invoice, an image of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product in your email. 

• For multi-item shipments, only the damaged item will be replaced. 

• We will promptly arrange for a replacement and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. 

• You will receive a response within 24-48 hours, followed by complete assistance. 

Missing Product: 

• Notify Shree Yamuna Gir Gay Farm of any missing products within 5 days of delivery via email to info@yamunagirgayfarm.com

• Include your order number, an image of the invoice, an image of the outer box, and two clear images of the opened box showing all received items. 

• We cannot offer a refund for missing items, but we will promptly resend the missing product. 

• You will receive a response within 24-48 hours, followed by complete assistance. 

Spoiled Product: 

• Notify Shree Yamuna Gir Gay Farm of any spoiled products within 10 days of delivery via email to info@yamunagirgayfarm.com

• Include your order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or a video of the spoiled product. 

• We cannot accept returns due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are natural and handcrafted, resulting in slight differences between batches. We prioritize natural production and ingredient quality to maintain maximum nutritional value. 

• We will work to provide a fair resolution. 

• Product replacement will be determined after a thorough investigation, and we assure a fair outcome.
